Cursed techniques define how combat feels in Jujutsu: Zero, but a technique name or rarity does not tell the whole story. Range, safe openings, defensive options, resource demands, mastery, gear, encounter type, and player control all affect performance. This hub gives you a practical way to read a kit and links to focused pages for the live Awakened Limitless update.
The game is officially labeled Beta. The Roblox listing currently confirms Awakened Limitless, Limitless V2, seven skills, 200% Output Hollow Purple, Hollow Nuke, a Gojo Estate area, an Honor crate, and an Honored One Overworld Raid. It does not publish a full technique table or permanent balance values, so exact tooltips in the live server take priority.

How to read a new kit
Start with the live move list. Identify the safest move to begin pressure, the action that creates or extends control, the best punish, and the option you must preserve for defense or escape. Test range and recovery separately before building a combo. A move with a large effect can still be a poor opener if a miss leaves you exposed.
Then test resource behavior. Some kits may be limited by cooldown order, a meter, setup, or a difficult hit confirm. A strong move that is rarely available should not be treated as the entire kit. Build a short rotation that still works when the signature action is unavailable.
Finally, test against moving enemies. Training on a predictable target teaches the input; ordinary quests teach spacing; hard encounters reveal whether the rotation survives pressure. The mastery guide turns those stages into a repeatable practice plan.
Pick for the activity, not the screenshot
A leveling technique needs fast access to dependable damage and enough safety to repeat many fights. A raid technique may value reach, burst windows, control, or survival differently. Group play can reward a kit that creates opportunities for teammates even when its solo clear is slower.
Ask four questions before switching:
- Which activity am I trying to improve?
- Which part of my current kit causes the failure?
- Does the proposed technique solve that specific failure?
- Can I afford the acquisition or reroll process without blocking progression?
If the answer to the third question is only “it ranks higher,” keep researching. A tier label is context, not a substitute for a plan.
Understanding tier lists
Useful tier lists state the patch, mode, assumptions, and criteria. A list for solo progression may differ from a coordinated raid list. A high-execution kit may have outstanding potential but perform poorly for a player who cannot confirm its key move. A recently updated technique may also be overrepresented in early community opinions.
Our tier list does not invent exact multipliers or claim a permanent universal order. It provides confidence labels and a way to compare the live kits you actually own. Re-evaluate any ranking when patch notes, tooltips, or move behavior change.
Limitless V2: confirmed scope
The official game description says the Honored One Overworld Raid drops items related to Limitless V2. That statement establishes a relationship between the current raid and the technique path, but it does not establish a guaranteed drop, full item list, exact probability, or universal level requirement. Community walkthroughs can help locate a process, yet their details should be tested against the current server.
The same description advertises seven skills and names two notable attacks. It does not explain every input or prerequisite. The Limitless V2 guide keeps those confirmed facts separate from open questions so you can prepare without spending around a rumor.
Reroll discipline
The official description currently publishes codes that award Clan Rolls, but a free balance is still finite. Before rerolling any system, understand what the roll changes, what it preserves, and what outcome would make you stop. Keep enough resources for visible grade or equipment costs.
Do not reroll merely because an unfamiliar technique starts slowly. Learn its basic rotation first. A controlled mid-tier kit is often more productive than a rare kit you have not practiced. Use the currency guide and clan reroll guide before committing scarce rolls.
Technique testing checklist
- Read the current move descriptions in your server.
- Test startup, range, recovery, and displacement separately.
- Build one short confirmed sequence and one safe exit.
- Reserve an option for defense instead of spending every cooldown.
- Compare results in the activity you actually care about.
- Label community claims by patch and source.
- Recheck the kit after balance changes.
What we do not claim
This hub does not claim permanent damage values, hidden roll odds, guaranteed Limitless V2 drops, or an official universal tier list. Those facts are not provided in the current official game description. When a live tooltip or requirement answers an open question, follow it; when it does not, keep the claim marked unverified.
When you share a test, include the technique name, visible version, activity, device, gear context, and result across several attempts. That record lets another player distinguish a kit limitation from an input problem or loadout mismatch. It also makes the observation easy to retire when a later update changes the move text. A dated, reproducible note is more useful to the community than an unexplained claim that a technique was buffed or ruined.
